Memory seats in the Limited not working

Hi folks,
Just took delivery of my 26 limited. I'm very familiar with 4Runner's (Toyota in general) memory seat functions. I've successfully set both positions and I know they are set because my mirrors and steering wheel adjust in different positions depending on which memory button I select. But... my seat won't move. I've tried moving the seat to each max position and then trying to hit the memory button...nothing (except for the mirrors and steering wheel). I'm in "P" with ignition on and zero luck getting my seat to move with the memory buttons.

My profile is not linked to my key fob.

Never ran into this and was hoping maybe another owner experienced this and had a fix.

I'm the only driver for my 4Runner6G and barely understand the seat/mirror/steering-wheel memory settings.

Had the same issue with my platinum. I got working by moving the seat all the way forward, backward, up, and down.
Would recommend you follow the thread posted earlier.

You can also let your dealer know they skipped pre-delivery steps and you had to figure it out on your own. I had to the same but the dealer was 3+ hours away so I skipped the complaining because I won't be dealing with them in the future. If it was my local dealer, I would have complained.

Same thought process. Already sent him the email last night when I got it working. Told him to pass along my thanks to his PDI staff.
