A few day old SR5 here. Just checked out the light switches and function and saw what looked to be a dirty main beam lens. The plastic lens looked scratched or etched but, it was not or at least not in the areas I was looking.

When you turn off the light and inspect with an led flashlight, no such marks can be seen. I wonder if the LED elements are projecting a shadow on the inside of the lens.

Its hard to capture in a picture but i am including some. Its both sides with a similar etched type pattern. You can see fine scratched that the crappy detail shop at the dealer probably did but its the larger gray areas I am referring too.

Can someone check their headlights for similar effects?

I know the pictures suck but, I guess I am seeing things or they are all the same cheap plastic junk.

I know what you are talking about. I have also encountered this, but I don't care so much. Relax, it's not a big deal.
