Im glad to see you pushing this, lack of response from the supplier, especially on this thread of them trying to market themselves really speaks volumes.

I have sent them everything they asked for and responded to all their emails with no resolution. This forced me to contact my bank, which resulted in them issuing me a full refund.

I probably would have left it alone had they shipped me the unit for my 4Runner, since the Pathfinder cargo system was not functioning properly, which they admitted in an email.

Sorry about your bad experience with them - but thanks for the heads-up. This reason and other complaints on Google have me looking for an alternative builder.
