Do you think it's different with the trim levels or just inconsistencies with the builds? As mentioned before, the Pro I have has seats and steering wheel that get's fire hot and the cabin heats and cools very quickly. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I don't think there's anything wrong with mine. The seat and steering wheel heaters are just below what I've experienced in other vehicles (fifth gen 4Runner seats were probably the hottest keester-heaters I've ever felt lol).

My heater is fine, and it heats up quickly (might have something to do with the hybrid, I don't know if it functions differently in these than regular trucks). One of the few complaints I had with my Tundra, since day one, was a weak HVAC fan, and long warm up time. This is MUCH better in those regards. At least for the heat portion. I haven't used the AC yet.
My experience is opposite.

My 2021 Limited 4R HVAC was slower to warm and seat heaters were sub-par compared to my 2025. Personally, I am loving the improvement. Steering wheel is perfect for my preference , but this is all subjective, I realize

well technically the old 5G 134a has better performance than the new 6G 1234yf, but that new fancy 1234yf is very environmentally safe vs the old stuff, so it has that going for it :)

so you wont get a true apples to apples comparison. and the cost difference is huge also for the new 1234yf, around 2x to 5x the cost of 134a
