After 2,000 miles I finally removed my air dam and it looks so much better. I made a step-by-step video to help anyone else thinking about removing theirs. It takes about two minutes to complete and its totally worth it.

There is a total of 9 bolts (5 in front and 4 in back) and can be removed with a 10mm socket. Once all the bolts are removed, there is just two additional clips that easily pops out.

If my trim came with an air dam. I would have requested my sales person have it removed before I drove it off the lot.

Why do I have to put the bolts back in?

Why do I have to put the bolts back in?
some of the bolts retain the remaining trim stiffness, and at the very least
they hold the clips in....

I put all my original bolts back in place and snugged them up
