Just trying to gauge the frequency of complaints about the new 4Runner. I have one coming in in a couple of days.

If there are 200,000 members, then the level of complaints I see is no big deal. If there was truly a probem a lot more people would be posting about it.

If on the other hand there are only 1,000 members then the level of complaints would be a bit more concerning.

That’s all, no sinister plan.
