possibly. i don't have NAV as an option for the sides, on any of the 6 options (3 screens x 2 sides)
Turn by turn navigation will shows both side if you select compass, compass will changed to turn by turn navigation once you put google maps

Too bad this does not work. If you have an Android and you're using Google maps through Android auto. If I use the built-in Toyota navigation, I can see the directions on my heads-up display, but not my Google maps directions.

Nice. CarPlay for iOS26 is a big leap forward for the big screen in the 6th gen.

How do you get it to show in the center spot instead of the campus? It shows in the campus for me but i wanted it center
The only way to show in center is turn on pop up navigation in settings and it will pop up in center with a back option, it will appear on center until u press back button , change compass from side to another option

Where do you enable pop up? Is that settings in the car or on the phone?

Noooooo I read online not sure if it’s true that Toyota needs to enable it on their end as well to allow casting? I bee trying to watch video…. When parked.

Anyhow I can confirm for me at least if you got a compass on either the left or right side you won’t get pop up nav in the center part. When I switched over to a different screen with no compass it did show pop up in the center part

I didn’t have any luck with Google Maps or Waze when the Nav/Compass is configured on the right or left dash layout. Is this working for others?

The center Google Maps nav TbT pop up has always worked since getting my truck in March. I personally found it too distracting and not as fluid as the Nav/Compass on the side layout when used with the (awful) Toyota nav.
