2025 2026 4runner 6th gen Go Big Up Front: 40" PRO Lighting for the 2025+ 4Runner 2025+ 4Runner Off-Road Lighting Promo

Wanted to share a bigger lighting option for the 2025+ 4Runner crowd. If the smaller behind-the-grille setups aren’t quite enough for what you’re looking for, the 2025+ Toyota 4Runner 40" Light Bar PRO adds a curved 40" bar across the front while still keeping the setup clean and vehicle-specific.

The PRO uses a combo beam with spot and driving optics, giving you a good mix of distance and width. Installation is completely bolt-on using factory openings and hardware, with no cutting or drilling required.

Here’s the light output video so you can see what the 40" PRO actually does after dark:

The main beam is intended for off-road use only.

If anyone has questions about fitment, wiring, or installation, feel free to ask.

Interesting setup, and seems like a fairly easy install. Wish it didn’t cover the lower part emblem, but that’s an excuse to switch to the Heritage style grill (if I wanted).

Definitely worth looking into to when I add more lighting!

For anyone still looking into the 40" PRO, we put together an install video showing how the whole setup goes on the 2025+ 4Runner. Pretty straightforward install if you want to see what’s involved before adding one.

Installation guide:

It's wild how some "premium" vendors operate around here.

Pay $605 for the M&R 40" Light Bar PRO, or grab the exact same damn curved bar straight from Chinese supplier on Alibaba for $190. They didn't even bother renaming the thing from the factory catalog listing.

No wonder they can offer a "lifetime warranty" with a straight face. At a 300% markup, they could ship you three replacements and still pocket an easy profit off your back.

Save your cash and cut out the middleman:

Good thing that we all have choices in life. You can go ahead and purchase this item. There are more things that are require to run a business - (logistics, warehouse, employees, insurances, taxes, tens-hundreds of thousands of dollars of tooling, engineering, etc) so thank you for teaching us how we need to run our business. If you would like a "vehicle specific kit" that works for YOUR truck, and have a company that stands with a lifetime warranty on the item and support, you can order from M&R. If you want to order something on the internet and test your luck with alibaba, the choice is yours. How much is your time worth driving a new 50k-70k vehicle?

"Hundreds of thousands in tooling and engineering" on a light bar that’s sitting in a Shenzhen public catalog under the exact same name? Come on, Mike. The factory in China did the R&D and tooling, not you.

Nobody faults a vendor for making an honest margin on logistics and customer support. But trying to justify a 300% markup on an identical, white-labeled Alibaba unit by claiming crazy engineering costs is wild.

And hitting forum members with "you drive a $50k-$70k truck, so what's your time worth" ain't the flex you think it is. People who drop that kind of money on a rig usually know the difference between actual custom fabrication and middleman markup.

If folks want to pay an extra $400 for local shipping and a replacement warranty, that’s their call. But let's call it what it is instead of pretending you built this thing from the ground up.
