Diode Dynamics Dual Color SS3 pods now available

@Diode Dynamics has just released dual color SS3 Pods. They are currently being sold in fog beam pattern only, as they are intended for fog light applications. However, they have confirmed that the housing design is unchanged and can be swapped with any other lenses. I've ordered a pair of SS3 Pods to upgrade my ditch lights from the set OG SSC2 pods I ran on my old 4Runner and swapped over to my 6th gen when I got it.

Friday they held an ambassador event prior to their annual open house and car show. We were given a full factory tour and were given the opportunity to assemble our own set of dual color SS3 pods, custom engraved with "20 Years of Innovation" on the top of the bezel.

I have a feeling they may roll this across the rest of the lineup eventually. I have no insider info on that, but dual color is becoming a more available/popular option people are looking for. I'd love these for the fogs as well.

Do you know if you guys plan to make an adapter for us TRD Pro owners, for the SS6 Fog lights? So i can use them with my factory wire connectors?

Update to my prior comment. They held an ambassador event yesterday before their annual open house. They will be rolling this out across other light platforms including the 6 inch Stage Series bars for fog lights. Timeframe for this isn't set but it was a recently approved project and will go through engineering design soon.

I can ask someone today at the open house, but given the limited use case I'm not sure it would justify the project for them. They are running a lot of white label products for other companies and some proprietary stuff for OEMs we were not allowed to see in addition to all their own products. It's no small operation. They are also partnered with Slate on their EV truck and are working on several products for them.

Thanks for the input. Yea sadly enough i'd be part of the minority of the ones needing an adapter. You think other companies out there would make them eventually? Could you at least inform them to update the compatibility info on their website. So someone else with a TRD Pro doesn't run into this issue and waste time removing their bumper, just to find out they are not plug and play.
