actually it isnt. most of the markups on big ticket items are below15%

ie: the highest markup item is 24% (front lighted badge) of $218 invoice vs $285 msrp

You Nailed it!!!! I’m like you, multi tool setup is the way to go rather than a 66$ flashlight .

Wasn't included in mine either. 1st new car, 1st Toyota, and while I'm, thus far/overall, happy with it, I have zero good things to say about the dealership where I purchased from!
