No u's or e's allowed on custom plates in KY. The black back round is another option. I was surprised I was able to get it. We were looking at Rav4 for my wife. When she saw this on the lot, she asked why we were not looking the 4Runners. With a smile I said, let's go look...Now she has a 4RNNR6.
