Cracked Plastic Lower Grill

300 miles in and something has punched a hole in the plastic on the front of my 2025 SR5. I’m not sure what Toyota would refer to this part as, but I’m calling it the “lower grill”. I’d like to replace this with something more durable. Those of you with higher trim level levels, do you have nicer materials on this part? What aftermarket options have you guys seen? Thanks in advance!

Most of the metal after market bumpers start at just below that lower grill. I would guess that’s because they don’t want to mess with the sensors or camera.

I got a crack there too on my ORP, annoying but not sure I want to pull the bumper off yet.

Same plastic on the ORP, must have been some sorta rock or bolt maybe. Better that piece than you AC condenser, that happened to me when my Avalon was almost new cost 1200 with knowing people to get fixed, I bet that plastic costs a lot less.

Good point, very thankful it’s not something that impacts functionality
