Guys, confirming you do need to have the engine running...I used my Carista yesterday, and the seat belt chime toggle was there, so hopefully you are seeing it on yours as well.
You joined in June, when was your 4Runner built? The option appears to have disappeared from those '26 built after July.

Was able to spend some time with this thing, I was able to turn on the power windows roll down option, turned off fake engine noise, I tried turning off ANC but I ended up turning it back on, not sure if it was my imagination or not but the car seemed less quiet. Also again, not sure if it was my imagination or not, but but the stereo seemed to sound better with both off. No sign of the seatbelt buzzer unfortunately.

My door plate says 7/25

Did you find a Warnings menu? That's where i think I found mine. It wasn't in Seats, I know for sure.

I left it it on, ESE off. I guess I could try it off, too. All I know, with ESE off, it's more relaxing to drive. It feels calmer. It is definitely quieter and more comfortable feeling.

If you have the engine running and toggle ANC while not moving you can for sure, IMO, hear the difference.
