Cargo area upper shelf..who has one?

Ive had my eye on the Victory cargo area upper shelf, and see other companies have them as well.

Do any of you guys have one, and what do you think of it?
Good use of the top open space?
Handy/useful?
Does the cost/cutting (some brands) the trim to make it fit and mount?
Most important thing...do your dogs like it or does it affect them in any way?

I have the upper and side molle panels, their great, no issues. Might want to add rubber washers between the panels to eliminate noise some have claimed. I did right away and never really heard anything.

Who did you go with for yours?
I like the ability to still store some stuff in the back when the dogs are riding, and it would also act as a pet barrier based on the height in the picture.

That looks really nice--does not take much space but gives a bit of storage out of the way. My dogs would probably not like it though, as they already hit their heads on the roof (Hybrid version, so that takes space away from the bottom). Could attache a bit of a pad to the bottom, although probably not necessary. Still, I like the idea. Would be really nice if it could be readily removed--the shelf itself, not necessarily the brackets--to give that extra headroom if needed (and of course the shelf is not needed). According to the install doc it looks like the only modification needed is a couple minor cuts in the vehicle's plastic window trim if I am reading that correctly.

I had not considered window molle panels much in the past, although thinking about it more they might be a good idea too.

Yep, correct on the cuts. Thats what has me leaning toward this more than the window molle panels, and this also seems more useful for what I want.
I measured our larger dog last night while he was sitting to get his height. Hes right at 32" top of his head, so he'd be the one that would have something to say out of the 2 of them
