Back Seat For Your Dog/s

What are you guys using to protect your interior, was looking at one of those things with a hard bottom, but something that takes up only 2/3 of the back seat would be nice, and one person could still sit in the back.

Our dogs are small, a Pug, and Frenchie Bull Dog.

I use this in mine:

it fits perfectly across and tri-folds. I haven't tried to only unfold 2/3 of it but not a bad idea. We use a seat belt/clip for the small dog so she doesn't go flying so I wonder if folding a 1/3 of it would limit the ability for the seat belt/clip to pass through the opening.

The hard bottom ones have 3 pieces in the bottom so you could technically just do 2/3 of back seat but then you just have unprotected seat and no way to keep them off.

Have used thick beach towel in Demos and now in owned Toyotas. Always worked fine. Leather or cloth makes no difference. Until now talking 65/70lb poodles and now 40lb poodle. All works just fine and toss in washer/dryer
