Mounted the Auxbeams yesterday and got them wired up today. I must say running wires from the engine bay to the cab was 100% easier than when doing the same thing on my 3rd gen Tacoma. Will post night pictures when it's dark.

Switch lit up, yeah I didn't notice it was upside down until it was put together, next time I have it apart I'll flip it.

Wiring configuration.

Harness black to switch black + white
Harness white to switch red
Harness blue to switch green + yellow

There is a way to wire it so when the dash lights come on the button lights up, I just did ti so when it's on it lights.

Is there a reason for the upside down switch?
Other than me not paying attention ?‍♂and not wanting to take the dash apart again at that moment, no. I'll probably fit it this weekend.

I just got some auxbeams.. did you just use the wire harness That came with them and then splice it into the button on the dash? Or how did you do that? Sorry very new at this
