I haven’t looked on these 6th Gen’s yet (getting ready to start my lighting). But, if you plan on running lights, get a light switch panel. They are cheap enough (Auxbeam, another company listed on here M&R) and easy enough to run.

You can use a dedicated switch/ch for your DRLs. Or run a D Switch ($599) and have dedicated DRLs channels.

If doing something with a small power draw, like raptor lights or that level of power, could you use the white Aux 5 ignition wire on the low power pigtail harness from Toyota? Then you have the lights turning on and off with the ignition.

I am confused with the the white Aux 5 ignition wire on the low power pigtail harness from Toyota. Is this harness included with the 4?runner or is it something I need To purchase? Any pictures you might have would be helpful.

The harness is/was included with the Trailhunter and the TRD Pro. From what I understand, it is available for purchase for other trims as long as they added the Aux buttons options.

As far as I know, the Limited does not have this option.
