Any regrets buying the 6th gen vs 5th gen

I'm 99% sure I'm going back to a 5th gen. Yes, the new one is faster and handles better, but the cheapness of the interior is something I see/feel/hear every day. I also don't care for the visibility out of the windshield, the headlights are worse than the late model 5th gen headlights, and the ride quality is quite stiff over broken pavement. Each has their strengths and weaknesses.

Only thing I miss from my 5th gen was the pass through rear seats. It made life so much easier for my two dogs that like to go everywhere with me.

I owned in the past, 2 different 5th gen 4Runners. I liked them a lot. But after purchasing a 2025 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road, I just purchased a 2026 4Runner TRD Off Road. In my opinion, they are way better than the 5th Gens period.
