Hey guys, I’m new here
I just picked up a 2025 4Runner SR5 and I’m in a bit of a pickle deciding on my setup. I’m about 60/40 leaning toward running a Westcott Designs preload collar kit (2.5” front / 0.75” rear) with Nitto Grappler G3 tires in 285/75R17 on Method 321 wheels.
I really like how this setup looks, but I’m hoping to get some real-world feedback from people running something similar:
I know that 285/70R17 is supposedly no-rub, but I’m really trying to make the taller 285/75R17s work if possible.
I also have a question about offset. I just want a little bit of poke, nothing crazy. I was told to go with 0 offset, but I see a lot of people running +15, +25, even +35.
For those of you with a similar setup:
Any advice, experience, or pics of your setup would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for the help!

- Anyone here running 285/75R17 with the Westcott kit on a 2025 4Runner SR5?
- Any rubbing issues (full lock, reverse, compression, off-road, etc.)?
- Any trimming, caster adjustment, or extra work needed during/after install?

For those of you with a similar setup:
- What offset are you running?
- What would you recommend for a mild poke without causing a rubbing nightmare, especially with 285/75R17 and the Westcott kit?
Any advice, experience, or pics of your setup would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance for the help!
