My third 4Runner. Most pleased with this one above the others, amazing engine performance, overall quality and design of this version. Underground is stunning, got SR5 that has XP appearance pkg, beautiful rims, no power anything except lumbar support and windows, door locks. Seeking simplicity at the age of 70. No 4wd, never needed one, no interest in changing differential and transfer case fluids, too old to crawl under. Just get in, enjoy the drive, the ground clearance. Paired my iphone pro max that has its own amplifier, and the basic sound system is turbo'd.....glad I didn't pay for premium pkg. Saved $12-15k by doing basic SR5. Made the toyota dealer 'hammer' go back 3 times for better numbers until I got what I wanted. Matched my carvana offer on trade-in with the tax adjustment to my liking. Got in. Drove off.

I had to wait 6 years for a 4 Runner as my daughter got her TRD Off Road in 2019. Cutting Edge Sport Premium. Toyota got the tech right!

Attached arrived on MV Zeus Leader June 28, 2025. Offload in Portland and shipped over to Dealership 1 July. Got the call Saturday the 5th and brought it home today on the 7th. It truly is a beast, said with a smile.
