You move forward on electrical power. Miles forward with no gas consumption. The gas engine kicks in at a certain speed. The difference between when you begin consuming fuel again is added mpg. I have the gas version but that is how it was explained to me.
I have Cooper Discoverer Road and Trail ATs in 265/70/70 on stock rims. No rubbing and little to no poke. MPG about -1 To -1.5 city and plus 1- 1.5 hwy.

Picked up my SR5 on Saturday. 55 psi all around. I asked the salesman if this was a mistake in the delivery process and he admitted it was. had them reset to 33 psi amd the ride was dramatically improved.
