No snow yet where I live with the warm winter but this is best I got!!!

Also with the turbo requiring lots of air to perform at the high temps, will this restrict airflow in any way that could leave to reduced life?

Just saw this post and got to thinking I should check under my hood since I just came back from a drive-thru a wooded park and do my weekly oil check.
To my surprise I spotted these items just waiting to get sucked in and I did pull my air filter out and saw quite a bit of debris underneath the filter. I didn't think big particles could get caught up in there.
