From our recent Back-to-Work Reset posts, one messy issue came up more than anything else: pet hair.

No matter how often we clean, pet hair somehow always finds a way back — especially once it gets into the carpet. It feels like a lot of us are dealing with the same frustration, so we wanted to throw this out to the group:

When pet hair takes over your car, where do you usually start?

Reading through everyone’s comments so far, one shared feeling keeps coming up:
the floor mat area is often the first place that looks messy — and also one of the first places people notice when the car feels cleaner again.

That got us wondering, and we’d really love to hear your thoughts:

If you have pets, what do you care about most when it comes to your car’s floor mats?

Feel free to share your pet-hair struggles, small wins, or ongoing battles 🐾

When I had dogs, one Labrador, and later a Parson Russell Terrier which being small she actually shedded more little white short hairs all over the place.

The only way that I was able to keep it in check was after every car ride it was a;

take out the car seat covers and shake them which only partially helped and do a light vacuum. That was the only way to keep it somewhat in check but as the hair floats and flys around because of venting an open Windows Etc, hair will get into places that you will be surprised.

But it's only hair and that can be vacuumed and cleaned relatively easy with some patients.
it's the mud and grit that can get into your upholstery if you don't have proper seat covers that will devalue your car immensely .

Good luck
