I'd go in & tell them you have been driving under severe conditions & the maintence schedule requires an oil change at 5k miles. It should be free under Toyota Care in my opinion.

Th That sounds about right for most service depts.. Most will take your money if willing to pay it & withhold the free oil changes until Toyota says it's due under their service plan.
