I understand what you mean as others here are not actually hearing my system...but from my past experience with car audio & from similar or same reports by other contributors here it seems like I & those other unfortunate owners do have an actual problem. I'll be trying to visit a dealership...
My reply was not intended to come across as me being upset however I don't agree that the premium JBL system is designed to not have some punch from the rear speakers. I appreciate those who have taken in interest in this subject & problem that I & others are having with their systems. All...
I'm looking forward to seeing your post following your amp replacement! Thank you in advance! 🙏🏻
I'm am curious though about the amp being under the driver seat. I've seen those amps (I forget the brand) that gets installed in the dash directly behind the infotainment display. Do we have an amp...
Moving the fader back a couple of notches & turning the bass up should not be necessary to have a “premium” system sound like it should. At the default center position, the sound should be ideal for the vehicle the system is installed in & all speakers should be playing audibly. The center fader...

Thanks for sharing. That's interesting to know. Does a break in period of 30 hours or so help to improve the OEM JBL speakers?
So perhaps Brian Day is on to the solution by getting the amplifier under the driver's seat replaced by his delaership?
Brian, inquiring minds want to know buddy...
I'm having a hard time believing this is a hardware issue. I think it probably is a software issue. Perhaps a glitch developed that caused the change in the bass of the rear speakers. Just speculation at this point but again at least I'm not the only one in the boat which leads me to believe...
