I have the dash tray... It's nice to have a place to put things but I don't use it as often as I thought I would. What does get used is this cubby, I did not 3m it on it just hangs there. I also added the door pull storage phone cubby thing. I bought both through StickerFab

like you I used my 3rd row in my old Highlander about twice a year, so I opted to do 2 row. I wanted max cargo space for camping trips etc so I opted not for the 3rd row due to the space those seats take up when folded.

If you can afford it, I think PPF is worth it. I had a 2020 Highlander and I wrapped the front and it looked a brand new the day I traded it in my Trd off-road has 11,000 miles on it with no PPF and has three rock chips on the front already
