I just bought a new TRD Off-Road Premium. I noticed while playing the stereo at 45 (bass not even turned all the way up) there is a rattle coming from somewhere in the B Pillar area. This occurs when the door is tight (Window all the way up and shut). On the outside of the vehicle it sounds like it might be coming from the lock mechanisim but while in the car it sounds more like up by the seat belt ajustment, but i think it is just resinating to that area. (Very annoying right by the left ear and uncalled for on a brand new vehicle). Has anyone else experienced this and located/fixed this issue, should I take it back to the dealer and have them fix it?

You just paid a lot of money for a new vehicle, if you have an issue you can easily reproduce to show them I would most definitely take it back to let them fix it.

Hopefully they don't claim they need it for a whole day to diagnose the problem.

I'd rather be without the 4R for a day than spend months listening to something rattle and drive me crazy :)

There's a whole thread about the fix for this. Basically they take off the door panel, remove 2 bolts, add foam, put back together and it seems to fix the issue. I'm having it done at the dealership tomorrow.
