SEVERE Rattle on Driver Side Door

Hi there - Back in April I recently, purchased a 2025 TRD Pro. While I absolutely LOVE the car, my biggest complaints are the suspension and the amount of rattles within the interior.

Does anyone else have any experience with a mediocre ride quality and severe rattles on almost any size bumps or road imperfections?

I have a trailhunter, and I've got a weird rattle/squeak/creak that seems like it's coming from somewhere inside the dash. I can press on the trim and generally stop it. I press just on the outside of the dash by the door near my knee, near where the panels meet.

Can't hear it if the road is smooth, but any time I hit bumps I can hear it. Pretty sure it's not coming from the door though.

I have a TRD ORP and am really disappointed in the ride quality and interior build quality as well. So many rattles and creaks. I spent 6 weeks with a dealer trying to fix my door creak (see vid) and they couldn’t fix it. Toyota corporate wasn’t much help either. I wish I could sell it but it’s already dropped a lot in value. I’m done with Toyota after this.

Its interesting because on my trd pro, this exact thing happens within the panels and it drives me nuts. I wish I was more savy to undo some bolts and see if its loose.

I saw a gentleman on IG take the panel off and fill it with some type of insulation that helped the rattle a bit, but i dont trust myself.

Thankfully my dash seems to be okay. knock on wood. However the driver door is very annoying now, I keep on trying to locate the source which led to me seeing that my whole driver door rattles on ANY bump i hit

My dealership tried adding foam padding inside and still hasn't fixed it. I also noticed that it doesn't do this with the window down (even just a little down). It only does it with the window up.
