Hi All.

I have a TRD off road premium hybrid with the stock 32.6" Michelin LTX A/T 2 tires (265/70R18).

I just bought a set of the TRD 18” matte black wheels PTR56-35242-F1.

Will the stock tires fit on those rims I bought without issue?

I wanted to put the new black rims on for summer use, with my stock tires and use the existing ORP rims for my new winters when I buy them.

I don’t really understand offsets and if I have to worry about those. The ORP offset is +55mm whereby the TRD rim is 45mm offset. Does that mean the wheels will sit a bit closer in under the wheel well on the TRD black rims by 10mm?

Will I have issues doing this change?

Thanks in advance.

They are the same size so I assume they do and this Pic from FB kinda proves it. I have a set on order but they are backordered nationally.

The +45mm wheels with those tires will be inside your fender flares. Nicely pictured above.

Yes, those tires will fit on the TRD black matte rims. I did the exact rim swap you're talking about on my TRD ORP hybrid, except the tire that came on my stock rims were the nitto grapplers (but still 265/70R18). See pics below of an original rim now sitting in my attic in a box vs the rims on my truck now. You should not have any issues with the swap you are wanting to do even in keeping the stock tire.

How did you get Nitto Grapplers instead of the Michelins?

I find it weird that your hybrid came with crapy Michelins. But my Off Road Premium non hybrid came with the Falken Wild Peaks

Yea, it's strange what tires they chose.
