I would be surprised if the restriction was anywhere other than the throttle body inlet. I'll probably order one this week.Is the restriction the throttle body inlet elbow? I noticed there was no mention of an upgrade to this in your build list.
Would be interested to see, if this is the case, how much additional power can be made with the increased efficiency in the intake tract.
Just installed the AMS throttle body inlet elbow on my Tacoma and even without a tune to take advantage of it or really any other intake modifications other than a TRD Pro intake - it is clear the truck likes it.
Been watching for the Teqsport turbo inlet elbow patiently and am interested in the new turbo as well. Thinking the turbo elbow will pair well with the throttle body elbow and a high flow downpipe even with the stock turbo. Excited to see what you folks come up with.
I'm happy to hear you noticed an immediate improvement. I'm hopeful this makes a pretty noticeable bump in power. You can never have enough.
