Put on some new shoes today!

As I do mostly easier to lower-intermediate trails and use the 4runner as a daily driver my goal was to stay in the 33-34" range and avoid any cutting/lifting or think about re-gearing yet

Went with the Pirelli Scorpions (LT275/70/R18) and Raceline Addict (18x8, +35mm offset) and this is probably as close as you could cut it w/o making any adjustments

Very nice!

I'd suggest switching to Pro model mud flaps for wider coverage & no chance for rubbing. Stock mud flaps also have a piece that cut in half an inch. It rubs on mine 275/70/18 Falken Wildpeaks AT4W. See pic below.

I have a friend who bought this aftermarket extended wide mud flaps on Amazon: https://amzn.to/4fXSaUL

I compared them to my TRD Pro wide flaps and they are 99.9% the same!! All the bolts line up perfectly. Only thing that difference is the rear flaps don't have the word "4RUNNER".. hence the $58 price. My Pro flaps cost over $200 🤯

I could not see the full sidewall but assume these are the Pirelli Scorpion XTM AT. I am very interested to hear how you like these especially in their role as daily driver.

Great tips from @BonRunner!

@djk You can find the TRD Pro mudguards discounted from certain dealers from their online parts store. You can stack Toyota corporate discounts whenever there are sales as well for even better deals.

Here is one dealer with discounts: https://autoparts.damianlillardtoyota.com/products/product/mudguards-trd-pro-black-pk38935s10tp
@djk In case you wanna do some more digging, here is a list of dealerships I've collected with discounts:
They vary dealer to dealer so I would check each one, but here is one that has a 12% dealer discount. If you wait for a Toyota sale, say 20%, you might get them for around $80 stacking the discounts: https://autoparts.mariettatoyota.com/products/product/mudguards-trd-pro-black-pk38935s10tp

Thanks @BonRunner and @Gerardo for all the super helpful tips and links!

@Kurtz48 They are the Pirelli Scorpton XTMs

First impressions is that this is a great one to have as a daily driver. My comparisons will be limited as I can only compare to how it feels vs the stock Wildpeaks

I've only driven it on highway and city roads so far for ~80 miles

1. Handling - still is very responsive and handles very well
2. Ride quality - Rides a little bumpier than stock. Barely noticeable between the 25-65 mph range. But definitely more noticeable >70mph but not enough to complain. Currently, I'm on stock suspension
3. Road noise - no difference compared to stock but expected since they are new
4. Rolling resistance - it does feel like there is more resistance at times but actual distance seems to be minimal compared to stock
5. MPG - I've only done one longer drive day which is my usual commute (~60miles/shift round trip) which I would say is 70% highway/30% local and so far have noticed the expected 1-2mpg loss. This is on normal mode and I'm fairly light on the pedal. A snip below from my drive back w/ minimal traffic

I plan to update after a week and if there's anything major, after a month
