Love the build! Have the tires impacted your fuel economy much? Looking to do the same myself

Not 100% sure, but I am going to assume it does have an impact, that being said the wheels/tires that came with the limited (my dealer had upgraded 275/5.5R20s Grapplers). My shop said my tire/wheel combo was about 10lbs or so lighter per tire so that is good and I went from 275 to 265 so it reduced the rolling friction, I am going to assume the impact was less then 0.5 MPG if that.

I am at 5K miles so its still breaking in...just did a 4 hour drive ATL to Nashville and average 19.7 MPG which is higher than the last time I did it..10K is about the true break in period.

Ohhhh interesting! I just realized that you went from 275 to 265. That makes a lot of sense. I was thinking of moving from 265 to something larger, but after seeing your build I'm not entirely sure if that'd be necessary

Looks great. I'm looking at doing something similar.

For the longest time I wanted a TRD OR, but knowing the Limited has a torsen center differential , this is what I'm going to opt for. True full-time 4wd that is reliable. 90% of the time I'll be on road so this would be a huge plus in bad weather.

Does anyone know approximately what it costs to remove the xreas suspension on a Limited? I'm not looking to make it a rock crawler. Would just add new shocks and maybe a rear locker at some point

The limited does not have the xreas suspension, it has an Adaptive Variable Suspension . I like it as o the highway I have it tuned for comfort then switch to sport when I am on the fire roads
