Hello! I am noticing a few scratches on one of my fender flares. They are the matte black so I don't think buffing anything out is an option even though nothing is deep. I am sure this is really common considering how they stick out. How is everyone dealing with non painted flares? Wrapping? Replacing? Any magic tricks?
Right now it's only on the front passanger. Anyone know how much that cost or a part number?

Thanks!

We replaced ours with the wider Rough Country ones when we lifted it and added bigger tires... I'm almost positive a few companies offer replacements. I've also seen people recommend Chemical Guys VRP for sort of restoring it.

The two rear ones on mine got blasted in a sandstorm coming back from New Mexico. Figure one day I'll just buy OEM and replace them.

Thanks! I think most products will "help" faded trim but I am doubtful they will help with scuffs.

anything that can fix a scuff will look worse than the scuff, since these are Matte.

if they were smooth/shiny acetone vapor might fix it.

3D printing community has acetone vapor systems for smoothing 3D print builds,
these can be used on crazed old plastic headlights, as well as scratched plastics
[but the real fix is get new ones]

it's just a fender flare and it won't be your last scratch. there is no product that can buff out scratches on plastic. Your better off finding a used set on marketplace or here for cheap and replace as necessary. I know the OEM ones aren't cheap as they should be.

I definitely haven’t priced that out yet.
Haven’t seen anyone hit them with bedliner yet either.
