Will the TRD Pro fit in your garage? Real world dimensions.

I can't quote dimensions but my Off Road Premium is noticeably wider and a bit taller than my 2023 Tacoma ORP. In fact, 2 nights ago I was backing out of my single car garage and I caught my right side mirror on the edge of the garage door opening. The mirror assembly seemed to explode on contact.
I ALWAYS watch both mirrors when backing out but it was dark and raining (I NEVER drive at night). I did use the mirror before making contact to make sure I had clearance between the body and door frame, then I focused on the Amazon truck partially blocking the end of my driveway.
So, the one time I drive at night and don't watch the mirror and POW, I'm out $950 on parts alone.

I have a Hybrid premium and have no problems parking in my garage and still room for my wife to park her Mazda3. I'm going to install a lo-profile Westcott rack when it shows up. I think I'll still have enough access high (81.5" opening) to put an awning on. I may need to have custom brackets made to get the clearance depend on which awning I buy.

I’ve always assumed garages with the center pillar & 2 single doors were wider/larger & wished mine was, even if it’s a good size, at least for the city, at 24x24 or so. Thanks for reminding me why I should be happy for having all the space of one double door.

I’m disappointed the mirrors need to be brought in manually. I park behind the Mustang in a double door garage. In order to be able to open the rear hatch I need to cuddle up quite close.But I did check the measurements prior to purchase. First world problems, lol.

i have about about 3-6 inches per side with the 6G, vs about 9 inches on the 5G clearance on the garage door width wise.

i dont have the mirror retract ever (turned that off in carista)

same goes for the seat movement when ignition off. dont have the steering wheel or seat move.


no point in using the motors more than needed for only me driving it 99.9% of the time.
