Hard shifts after sitting

Anyone else get a hard 1-2 shift and a smaller hard shift at 2-3 first thing in the morning or after sitting a while?

I'm at 2000 miles and mine does the same thing. First take off after sitting the gear changes are hard. I'm curious if we could fix this or the dealer can.

Does anyone notice some odd shifting when at high speeds when I would think it’s in 7th or 8th? Seems like sometimes it shifts a little weird there. I wish it showed you at all times what gear you were in to see if it coincides with feedback from the vehicle.

It's been talked about many times. Someone already got a transmission replaced. Mine has the same issue when it's cold and sits. Now at 3200 miles

I am leaving my TRD Pro with them overnight to try to replicate, since it's especially worse in the morning. Often it would hesitate and then lunge forward.

I seem to have an issue others have not mentioned - While braking to stop or a near stop (such as tight corners) I'd feel a rough shift while braking. Anyone else experiencing this?

Mine has 1100 miles and when cold does the hard 1-2 surge. I’ll wait for more to revealed prior to addressing it at the dealer.

At 1200 miles have had the cold start 1-2 clunk since new. Only does it on the first time through the gears. By the time I get to stop sign at the end of my block, on second 1-2 shift is usually gone. Certainly by the third or fourth go through the gears. Will take it to the dealer @2k for first oil change and will raise the issue. It reproduces every time on first start of the day.

I’m at 3200 as well. My transmission might be getting worse. It's gears 1-3. It still goes away with enough driving, but the cold starts are more often since a lot of weekdays I am only driving a few miles once or twice a day.

Does anyone notice odd shifts while braking? Mine sometimes I'll feel a "bump" as I brake.

I'm growing extremely weary of driving it. I'm going to start pushing the dealer really hard on this, but that means leaving it at their lot overnight, and then me taking time off of my job to deal with the hassle.

I've even considered selling or trading it in since I am starting to actively dislike driving it.

100%. Thought I was the only one. Right after I leave my driveway the transmission seems to hesitate and not shift right in first couple of gears. It stops after that but always happens on the first drive if the day. I don’t notice it after that.

the only thing i notice is that the hybrid engagement is wonky on 1st start up of the day. kinda feels like a hard shift but on my platinum its the hybrid system engagement.

its does it so fast (within 1 sec) that it can feel like a hard shift.

otherwise havent notice any abnormal stuff on my platinum.
