Where does this data come from? Just curious because the dealer I put a deposit with isn't appearing.

There are several models that the search webpage does not present to the user (some older, some current) for some unknown reason, although as you found you can still see these by providing a correct URL.

Same here. I didn’t ask the salesman about it just if he had any updates. But I’m still waiting as well. I think like they previously mentioned they consider it sold and don’t want it advertised especially If they don’t know a date they will be getting it.

What has folks experience been with the ETA dates? I see they are usually 3-4 weeks, but has folsk 4Runners been showing up earlier in that range or towards the end? I've noticed the 4Runner we have a deposit on date has been moving in a little, just trying to figure out if we should plan on the earlier end of the range or the latter. Going to call the dealership here in the next few days to see if they have any update, but when I last spoke to them they said they will have a better idea when it gets to Port. etc.

Its kind of been a wash since the QC hold that was issued on 5/15

My dealer told me my ship date was May 26th. When I checked the ‘sold’ spreadsheet, it shows my ETA as 6/14–6/29, and the ‘Hold Status’ column is blank. Does that mean my vehicle isn’t on a QC hold? Or is that info only updated once it arrives at port?

In checking in with my dealer no new info, however.. the timeline they get (same info from spreadsheets) did have a change in the status announcement.

“Estimated Dealer Arrival: QC Hold on -05/15/2025-QUALITY CONFIRMATION ACTIVITY - Vehicle delayed for 42 days- ETA unavailable”

used to say “… delayed for 30 days”

take that as you will

Mine was on the sold sheet and now its back on the allocation list. Im guessing since mine was on qc hold and they didnt know how long it would be they moved it to sold and took it off the dealers site. Now its back on the other list and back on the dealers site. Guess they consider yours sold to you

I would think the dealer? I would guess each dealership manages their own website so they took mine off the site and the allocation list. No idea though
