How's the ride compared to OEM tires?

I haven't really driven it a whole lot since getting the tires put on other than the trip home. I didn't notice a whole lot to speak about though. a little grippier and SLIGHTLY bumpier but not a whole lot to where I would have noticed if I wasn't being hyper aware on the drive home.

Is the jury still out as to contact patch on 285/70R17 on the 7" wide rim?

Nice ride by the way. The heritage stripes are a really nice understated touch on underground.

Thank you! I came from a Rav4 in magnetic grey that had the same stripes on it so I felt it was necessary to carry over the look.

I do not have a spare for it at the moment, I am still piecing together what I would like to do when it comes to that. However there is this post that shows the spare and states that the it can fit up to a 33" tire.
