17" Fuel Off-Road D679 Rebel wheel -12 offset

35" tires are Nitto Ridge Grappler 35X12.50R17

Yea, many dealers do that for customers that want a built up vehicle without having to source parts and install. I'm sure it's a big profit generator for dealer. Plus parking one of these up front helps draw attention of potential customers.
