Not the easiest mod due to the way Toyota layers everything up and uses one time clips on large parts that break. So I made a long video and hopefully parts of it will help you, fast forward where needed so it's not painful. I also included some links to another install video I liked, and where I got the grille. you can find these under the video in the description. I hope this video helps.

Looks good. I considered trying this mod but I find a way to make easy things very difficult. I would surely break things, lose things, and become really disappointed with myself for even trying. So....I have to stay in my lane and just leave mine as is. But congrats to you, it looks great.

If you really like the mod, a Toyota dealer could always install it for you.

I bet the labor cost would be significant. It seems very time consuming and tedious, unless, like you said, you do it every day.

Find a friend who has already done it once to help. There is a lot of time spent just looking at how to take it apart. Once you've done it you can do it much faster the second time. It took 4 or 5 hours for me to do mine by myself but I also did the lower grille, added the lightbar, swapped out fogs, and had to do some wiring to make it all work the way I wanted it to with the Spod.
