You can fit 33" onto the stock 20" wheels on your 2025 4Runner TRD Sport Premium. Owners have fit up to 275/60/20 tires (33" inch) without rubbing - here's an example by @theo :

Will 65 fit? Other forums say yes. Looking to put it Nitto Grapplers 275/65/20 actually pictured are 70s with mudguards but you can’t find 275/70
