Just read a post here about the poor communication and long delays with WheelsFeels. I wish I had know this prior to placing my order. Was told the build would take 5-6 weeks. I've had difficulty getting responses from them, with conflicting info. Finally spoke to someone last Wed who said they would try to get it shipped overnight (I wanted it for a camping trip last weekend). It didn't get shipped on Wed but was then told it would ship this past Monday. We're now in week 8 and they just told me they haven't even started the build and don't expect to by the end of the week. Has anyone else had similar experiences with this company? I plan on contacting my bank to file a fraud claim if the unit doesn't ship by Friday.

Just ask for a refund. Did you use a debit card? Should use a credit card. It's easier to get transactions credited than with a bank. Once the money is out of your account it's not easy to get it back.
