Hi everyone,
After watching a sponsored video from @mammoth4runner featuring this drawer company, I decided to call them and place an order. On May 5th I paid in full for a customized drawer setup for my 4Runner (Invoice #8853458). I was told it would ship by June 19th.
Since June 5th, they've stopped replying to every form of contact: email, phone, SMS, and Instagram. My ship date came and went with no shipping confirmation, no tracking, and no follow-up. Every call forwards straight to voicemail. Their SMS line just sends the same automated "we're tied up, reply with your info" message on a loop. Emails route into a ticket system (#957) that fires off an auto-reply and nothing else.
I've given them repeated, documented chances to fix this. I've now opened a dispute with Amex and handed over the unanswered email chains, missed calls, and message threads.
I'm posting this so others know what they might be walking into before paying for a custom build. If anyone here has had a similar experience with them, or has actually received their order recently, I'd like to hear from you. And if anyone from WheelsFeels sees this, I'm still open to sorting it out.
