Tufskinz Mudflaps installed on 2026 ORP
Our ORP came with OEM PIO molded mud flaps. They are stylish and provide average coverage. But as @bkw777 found out, they are mounted solid, very rigid, and not practical if there is a chance of hitting rocks, hardened snow, etc. I would prefer to have a flap break rather than damage a body panel.
I had RokBlokz XL's on our 2020 Ford Ranger and loved them. I patiently awaited RokBlokz's 6G4R releases which now appear to be shorter than their XL's.
Like Ark, Rally Armor, and others; RokBlokz flaps extend out beyond the ORP fender flare. Our ORP has very little poke and I prefer not to have an extra 1" of unneeded outer flap width.
Tufskinz are near flush with the outer edge of the ORP fender flare. Overlay photo below is a rough size comparison between Tufskinz and ARK Mid. The small white dots are the mounting holes in the Tufskinz.
Tufskinz material appears to be similar to RokBlokz. They are somewhat flexible without being flappy. Off-road durability is TBD.
Simple no-drill mounting without complicated metal brackets.
Tufskinz are 1/3 to 1/2 the price of others. If we break a flap off-road, I won't feel so bad buying a pair of replacements.
Our ORP OEM PIO running boards also help protect body side panels.
