My SR5 doesn’t already have turn signals on the OEM mirrors. Will it still be plug and play for the Suma mirrors with defroster, turn signals, and bsm?

@BonRunner, thanks for sharing the feedback. You're right — we do sponsor builds and ask for reviews, which is a common practice in the industry.

One thing that wasn’t mentioned is that Suma was the first company to introduce wide-angle blue/grey mirrors to the off-road community. These mirrors have long been popular in the JDM scene, and we wanted to bring the same benefit to off-road vehicles.

Since then, other companies have released similar products, but the quality isn’t the same. We manufacture our mirrors in our own factory in Taiwan, while many off-road brands source from factories in China that use different production methods.

We use optical-grade glass to maintain a crystal-clear view, and our tint (actually gel coating) is designed not to fade over time. We stand behind our brand, and quality is very important to us. While cheaper options may exist on marketplaces like Amazon, they often don’t hold up over time.

My SR5 doesn’t already have turn signals on the OEM mirrors. Will it still be plug and play for the Suma mirrors with defroster, turn signals, and bsm?

The defroster and BSM are designed to plug and play with OEM features. If your vehicle doesn’t have factory defroster or BSM, those features won’t function.

However, the turn signal can still be used — you’ll just need to run the mirror wires to your vehicle’s turn signal wires and splice them.
