Sideview mirror downward tilt in reverse, not working

For the first few months when I would put my 4 runner into reverse the Sideview mirrors would angle down letting you see the curb. It stopped working, is there something in the menu to enable it or is this something I should take in to the dealer?

I don't have my 4Runner yet, but on my Merc, you had to have the mirror adjustment selector set to a particular position before the mirror would tilt down automatically. Has your mirror selector switch moved?

You need to have either the left or right mirror button selected.
