"Reserve" fuel - how much left when warning light comes on?

Does anyone know the amount of fuel left in the tank when the fuel light comes on? thanks

Yep, that’s about right. Figured it 3ish gallons.

typically toyota reserves 20% of a gas tank volume across all models.

So does that mean when I hit 0 miles left I'll actually have multiple gallons left? I ran my tank down to 4mi range and could only put 16 gallons in exactly

I was on a road trip this past weekend and I didn't even notice my gas light come on. I got a warning message pop up when it said i had 15 miles left. Good thing I wasn't completely in the middle of nowhere. My fault for not paying attention i guess

unless nevada, arizona, new mexico. plenty of roads with no service for 50-100 miles outside of the interstate roads.

some of those state roads are incredible to drive down. endless road with not a vehicle in sight.
