I have these same running boards by Tyger Auto on our 25 Tacoma SR5 4x4 and really like that they are made of steel and very solid, plus under $250. So after searching for months for boards to go on the 4Runner that weren't over $1000 like Toyota's or made of plastic I decided I would make these fit. After a few cuts, some filing, a couple of rivnuts in each, and some two inch plastic caps from Amazon they bolted right on. It's just the way I see things. A walk through video will be up on my channel soon at 828findadventure so stay tuned.
P.S. I can't say enough about Tyger Auto. They go out of the way to make sure the boards are packed properly, I would say even over packed, but that is what you want.
