Mud flaps that don't require crash bracket for install?

Hi All
I have a 4runner ORP with the TRD Pro rims. Therefor the rims/tires I put on it, I had to remove the crash brackets .
I am looking for a set of mud flaps that work for the front but doesn’t need to attach to the crash bracket.
I hope this makes sense .

yeah someone needs to explain his situation to me cause i have no clue what he is talking about crash brackets?

are we talking about oem guards or 3rd party mud guards?

never heard of attaching mud guards to a crash bracket much less removing them?

i've only seen oem guards being attached to the trailing wheel opening liner/body
