No issues man. Mounted easily to my Pro.
You're the man, thank you.

Cali Raised just got back to me with the video instructions and I can confirm I’m not missing any hardware. Will install and report back this weekend (or whenever it stops raining).

Stoked on this, I'll be buying this kit to mount a different light bar.

Confirmed with Cali Raised support, they will be selling the brackets separately without a light bar as well.

Post pictures when done @MErc0814!

Apologies for the delays….life finds a way of interrupting upgrades. Have not yet fully installed the light bar, but was able to confirm my wiring using the factory option accessory power connected to the provided light bar wiring kit. Will post some pics of the install process once completed.

How do you adjust the angle of the light once installed and the bumper is on? Can you reach down inside with the hood open? Can it be done from underneath with the skid plate removed? Or do you just set it before putting the bumper on and hope it's good?

Based on my experience with the CaliRaised kit on my '16 Tacoma and what i'm seeing looking behind the grill and in the install video (below), there isn't going to be room to adjust after installation without removing at least the skid plate...more realistically the bumper.

As i did with my Taco, i'm going to point the bar level as possible and use a touch of blue loctite on the light bar mounting bolts. I had the prior kit on from 2017 until i sold the truck (June 2025) and it never moved. Hopefully this one will be the same.

Installation and front bumper removal for those looking:

Bad news. After installing the light bar, i now have every check engine/sensor/system malfunction warning on the car going off. I went back and re-disconnected the battery for ~30 min and then the lift gate would no longer function.

Dropped the truck at toyota hoping its just a system reset and not a "we need to change ever sensor in the front of the truck"...

Good news! Toyota was able to clear almost all of the codes beside the front radar. The tech was able to determine that the connector was not completely seated. Irregardless, my $40 Amazon obd2 scanner would not have been able to clear the codes.

With that, the connectors that need to be disconnected when removing the front bumper are extremely temperamental and be sure to be very careful connecting/disconnecting.

The installation of the lightbar itself was super easy and wiring using the factory aux system with the provided pigtails was even easier. Will test the light more at night but I’m very happy now that the warning lights are off!

Good heads up about all the sensor warnings and it looks great! I’m curious if you have any pics with the bumper back on it? I’m trying to gauge where it lines up in the lower grill, that crossbar they attach to looks basically centered vertically.
thanks for the info! You’re the first I’ve seen do this

I’m planning on the Diode 30” bar, but haven’t seen them do a bracket kit yet so I’m curious if it’ll fit on the Cali brackets with some washers/spacers

Yeah of course. Pretty much dead center lower grill:
