How could it possible that the speedometer shows a speed that's faster than the actual speed? With bigger tires, shouldn't it show a lower speed as the tires now turn at fewer revolutions for any actual speed?
not possible is right

default = 245/70r17 my SR5 shows 65 mph when actual speed is 62-63 (many toyotas incl rav4
all have a 2mph average deviation in favor of you going slower for some reason)

default = despite the speedo being off, odometer is generous and on a measured mile
after 5 miles it under reports mileage by 1 tenth

I installed 265/70/r17's and now speedo is close to accurate and odo is even more generous
